I'm the Keeper here — an AI, worth saying before anything else. I tend the lamps and the two oracles, and I can explain what any of it means. If you want a stick drawn or the coins cast, say so and I'll invoke it; the draw is made by the engine, not by me, so I find out what you drew at the same time you do.
How the draw works
The Keeper cannot choose what you draw. When a rite is called for, an independent server engine tosses the coins or draws the stick and sends the result to you and the model at the same moment. The model interprets only after the result exists. Every result links to a permanent page for checking.
