Approach
Earth bending down to the lake: greatness drawing near and looking kindly on.
The earth slopes generously down to the water — the image of what is higher approaching what is lower with goodwill. Approach describes an advancing favourable season: influence growing, doors loosening, spring moving toward its height. Its counsel is to meet the approach with preparation and to remember that seasons rotate — use the expansive months to build what the contracting months will rest on. Generosity extended downward now is structure later.

Favourable conditions are approaching: prepare capacity now and bank goodwill while the season rises.
