Wind travels across the land, touching everything, hurrying nothing — the image of survey. Contemplation is the hexagram of the watchtower: a pause in which seeing is the entire work. Its counsel is genuine looking — examine the situation, and examine the examiner, for what a person sees reveals the person. Decisions made after this kind of viewing carry a different weight. Be worth watching, too; the tower is visible from below.
