Wind stirs the open lake to its depths — influence passing through surfaces because nothing false blocks it. Inner Truth concerns the force of genuine sincerity: the crane calls in the shade and its young answer unseen. Its counsel is congruence — let inner conviction and outer expression match exactly, approach even difficult people through what is true rather than what is tactical. Pigs and fishes, says the text, are moved by it; so are committees.
