Holding Together
Water settling on earth: union that forms around a stable centre.
Water on the field gathers into one body — the image of alliance. Holding Together asks what a group organises around, and answers: a centre worth joining. If you are the centre, be worthy of it and welcome those who come in good time. If you are joining, choose the alliance deliberately and commit early rather than drifting at the edge. Belonging chosen late and half-heartedly serves no one, least of all the ditherer.
